  Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling. Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   The Hotel is very nice. Although it is placed outside historical center, it is very suitable for those who travel by car. The Hotel is new, the rooms are well-designed and very clean. In the room you can find robes and sleepers, bath cosmetics, razor and toothbrush.   Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Having a balcony was really nice with a glass of wine. Even though we arrived at 8.30 pm which is half an hour later than usual checkin time that was not a problem. Recommended to people who would like to travel to Florance and stay in a nice hotel. Great value for the money if you do not expect a hotel, just rooms in an apartment. Also can be good for families with more kids or multiple families.
