I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta

I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

My business partner and I travel a lot, so we see varying quality. We are starting a new business and are on a budget. We were so impressed with this hotel that we introduced ourselves to the manager and told him so. It is clean, crisp and light. The members of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This is a fine facility. We chose it because we had an 8 a.m. flight; needed to be at the airport at 6; the night was far too short. But everything was fine. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it. Room rate was a factor; the airport hotel was very pricey; this was reasonable.

I really like this Hotel. The best value of this Hotel is Staff. All of
them were friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I made a
call for the shuttle from airport and till the end when I leaved the
Hotel and manager on duty helped me take the shuttle to the airport. I
can recomend this Hotel as for short stay between flights as for Milan
area visit.

This hotel is one of the best 4 stars where I have ever been until now.Stuff competent,helpful and friendly .internet for free. Great breakfastand very good restaurant. Bus service from /to the airport free. Parkingcovered free. High quality products in the bathroom (Neutrogena). Bedcomfortable, no noise, tea coffee facilities in the room for free.

The staff and facilities are excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel would be hard to beat in any hotel at any price. Bra pris - The restaurant had very good food. I was surprised at how utterly quaint and very well decorated the hotel was. My room was very cozy and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. - very amical personnel, even english functionned. The animals and the chlidren playground were very positive. The room was clean and the service good.
