Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. I was really impressed when I first arrived and got the first glimpse of our room. But after a while the feeling of a perfect hotel got destroyed through a couple flaws:
- The temperature adjustment was broken so that we couldn´t ge a lower temperature than 23,5 degrees.
- The were no light bulbs in the la

- No toilet paper in the toilet paper holder.
- The shuttle bus didn´t leave at 6.00 as it should, instead about ten minutes l -
The service was excellent. I only stayed night because it was close to
the airport. I arrived at 11 am and although check in was 2 pm, I could
get into my room right away. Large room with two queen size beds. Nice
location in small neighbourhood. I did not hear planes at night. Modern
hotel - the room was large compared to boutique hotels I stayed in at
Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. The shower stall was North American size
and the bathroom was bright. My view was a square with church and bell

Närhet till flygplatsen - Although stark on the outside, the First Hotel Malpensa was very nice and modern inside. The restaurant was quite good and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. We were even able to leave a piece of luggage with them for a week between two of our stays. And lastly, we were travelling with a six month old baby, and they had already provided the cot.

I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta

I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

This was a great hotel at only a few minutes form the airport Malpensa in Milan. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the country. Evne though we were a few minutes form the airport the villa is in the middle of rural country. We ate 2 of the bests diner in all our stay in Italy. Probably the best meal we had in 3 weeks. they need to emphasize this. They apologize about not having a restaurant on site....which was a turn off. They had one almost next door. - great

1) It has a very efficient shuttle bus service. I just refered to the hotel website. I called the hotel right after picking up my luggage, and I didn't have to wait or try to find a taxi at the airport 10:00 pm. 2)The staffs were kind and helpful. 3) Hotel facility itself was nothing but ordinary, but I was impressed by how spotlessly clean it is.

The staff was so helpful in every respect, from the check-in to the shuttle pick up to the "Happy Hour" staff in the lounge. The room was very comfy and roomy with a very large bathroom which we didn't experience anywhere else in Italy. Breakfast had such an array of food from fruit to cereal, eggs, meat tray, breads and pastries. We chose this room as it was close to Malpensa Airport and would highly recommend to any traveler.

Trevligt hotell nära flygplatsen och med bra service - Very good hotel for one night stay between the flights. Easy and quick acsess from Malpensa. Friendly staff. Excellent room - Situated near by the airport. The hotel had a swimming pool and it was good value for the money.

This hotel is one of the best 4 stars where I have ever been until now.Stuff competent,helpful and friendly .internet for free. Great breakfastand very good restaurant. Bus service from /to the airport free. Parkingcovered free. High quality products in the bathroom (Neutrogena). Bedcomfortable, no noise, tea coffee facilities in the room for free.

We we arrived the receptionist scheduled our shuttle to airport the following morning. Room was clean, energy efficient, and had the best pillows our of my entire trip to Italy. Food was great too!
