  This hotel was excellent in every way, the staff in particular( especially the reception) were very,very good nothing was too much trouble. If only all hotels were as good as this. - The management was so very helpfull with some issues that I had while on this trip, I would say that they went above and beyond my expectations.

  Such lovely, friendly staff who made our stay very relaxing. We stayed here while in Italy for work and, although it is very accessible and easy to find, we found it to be a relaxing retreat in the evenings.   Our stay in beautiful Saluzzo was enhanced by the wonderful, courteous snd helpful staff at our hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and wine was very good, the service impeccable.
