  My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years. We will always stay here when we return to see our family - About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

  This B&B is simply the best Hotel I ever stayed. You feel very welcome right from the start and the whole Hotel has a lovely family atmosphere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacy with a nice Interieur and very clean. The bed is also very comfortable.   We arrived earlier than 15h (the time you normally can check-in). The cleaning lady called the owner and he arrived 5 minutes later. We already could check in. He was very helpful and nice. The accommodation looks a little like a motel and that has its charms. The room was very spacious with a big bed, a large closet and a little kitchen. Another bonus was free internet available in each room - The owner is the nicest host you could ever ask for. The room (family sized) was awesome with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.
