  Being a family of 5, having 2 rooms with bathroom all within our flat was great. Breakfast was fine and suited everyone. Jennifer very accommodating in our arrival and leaving our luggage prior to departure. Air conditioning effective. Close to bus stops for airport. - The rooms are very nice and modern.   This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. The room (our was named on Mozart:) was also perfect-nice decorated, clean and convenient, large comfortable bed and the shower in the... vad folk säger » bathroom was real pleasure. Perfect breakfast with very good lavazza cappuccino. Excelent service! We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it - Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.
