Very nice people and the place is clean and just amazing. It is about 3
km from the Pisa Tower so is fine if you have a car. Around you can eat
real italian food and not the tourist food you get around the Tower.

Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.

Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable and owners very friendly. We had to leave early in the morning and we were able to go to the kitchen and help ourselves to breakfast. Perfect location. Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi.
Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. The location was perfect! Close to the tower, bus right out front front that takes you to the train station and airport. Breakfast was yummy-kids loved the sandwiches and I loved the cakes and coffee! Room was great for a family of 4 with a balcony to enjoy in the morning and evening! Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!
