  Underbar frukostbuffé! Inget krångel och bra och service inriktad personal. Jätte mysiga rum och fin innegård. Skönt med egen AC som man själv kunde kontrollera. - Absolutely amazing historical place. The atmosphere and ambience was out of this world! Very tranquil and serene and restful retreat. It's not far from the train station (less than 10 minutes by bus). BTW we walked from the hotel to the Pisa Tower and vice versa, it was nice.

  This is a very beautiful place to stay, peaceful yet less than 10 minutes walk from the Tower. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch and very good. As it was the end of January we were not affected by any mosquitos. Will certainly return. - We had a lovely stay at the this hotel. The breakfasts were great, the pool wonderful and the staff really helpful, going so far as to take us to the airport when our taxi didn't turn up!

  A very good price for this type of hotel. really beautiful fournitures and design in a tipical lucca's house. excellent - the staffs were very friendly and we had exelent time. the room is well decorated and the location is the best.

  I was a bit stressed out when we arrived, because we arrived a few hours later than planned. and had to drive down a narrow pedestrian street to reach the hotel. Being from the U.S., it felt much like driving down a busy sidewalk. But hosts Bri'd and Stefano were just wonderful. They came down to meet us as we parked the car, and sensing my stress... vad folk säger » ed out state of mind, they hopped in the back seat and directed us to an area where we could safely park the car overnight. They walked back with us t - Truly an experience staying in a building of the 14th century. It is located in the heart of Lucca. Our Divina room was beautifully painted, spacious with high castle like ceiling.Bathroom was contemporary and clean. Cappuccino was excellent and the hosts are very gracious.
