  we stayed in a separat 4 bedroom unit across the road from the Euro Hotel which our B and B belongs to. Luca, the owner, was most accomodating, and we practically had the place to ourselves. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others. The room was well-equipped and they had complementary water bottles as well (i know that's not lavish, but having to go out for buying water is a big turn off). The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the hotel itself looked very upscale.   Close proximity to Rome fco Airport at a very good price. You will still need to have or hire a car/taxi to get to-from airport as there is no hotel provided van or car service. It is no more than a 5 minute drive to-from the front of the fco terminals.   We stayed here the night befor our departure from FCO. It enabled us to get to the airport quickly and conveniently. Our room was large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious--a lovely assortment of warm rolls, coffee, juices, and yogurts. The owner was gracious and her command of English was impressive and helpful.
