  Nice structure, clean and confortable. It's good because we were very close to Ciampino aiport but we were also close to the City Center ( 30 minutes with bus and metro). Fabio and Flavia were very helpful. - Unbelievable value. Only $50 per night outside of Rome. This was because we booked it ten months before our trip.   Very helpful owners. Woke me up at 5 for the airplane and served me breakfast at this early hour. The coffee was great! And they had checkout hours 8-10. Nice soft bed, quiet. Good decor done for little money. Beautiful little garden.   just about everything. the staff were very warm and helpful (and importantly, most of them speak good english). it is about 25 mins from the city center by the red line. the hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro . this was the best part. even though the metro is at a walkable distance, we could thus avoid the scorching July heat. we took the... vad folk säger » 4-bed room and it was rather well equipped. we are going again. - Helpfulness and friendliness of all staff; as it is located so close to major roads with very fast moving traffic they wouldn't let us walk anywhere - even to the bus stop! They insisted on driving us even 100 yards or so - no charge either. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Rooms were spotless and everything worked. Thoroughly recommended.

  The views are fantastic and the food is outstanding. A beautiful room with beautiful views and gorgeous weather. The town is quiet and gets the sun for longer than any Positano and some of the other towns. the transport is good between the surrounding towns and Praiano provides a quiet retreat to come back to.
