  cool breakfast and i stayed in a suite not a double room :) it was pretty cool and a really nice area ;) - Receptionists are really polite and can speak English very well.Also the rooms are big enough and comfortable.

  The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance. For sure next time I will pr - Very friendly and helpful staff, good food - breakfast very generous! Room size excellent, rooms clean. We were afraid of possible noise but the inner side of the building is quiet. Great distance from the underground station - great connection to both city centre and Lido di Ostia for beach :) Overall - excellent for a great price, would recommend for everyone! I was positively surprised after all the negatives voices from this page - nothing bad happend to us :)

  I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... vad folk säger » on that. If you're coming from Ireland or uk and love drinking in the residential bar you can forget about it.Il Pignetto has everything to offer eve - We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Small boutique hotel with Italian Renaissance decor. Updated bathrooms, though small by American standards, had many unique features not usually seen in hotels in the usa. The owner, Roberto, is professional and takes great pride in the attention to the details of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very near top attractions and local cafés. I ... vad folk säger » have stayed there 5 times over the last 5 years, and appreciate the unique and lush appearance of the hotel, but if you are into large spaces and cont - Our host Roberto, his wife and the staff were welcoming and took extra care of our needs. We booked two single rooms and sometimes in the past we have been allocated tiny, substandard rooms. The rooms at the Celio were charming, clean and the location between the Colosseo and Laterano was fabulous. This was the first time we have ventured out of the Trevi/Tritone area. (We go to Rome each year over past 15 years and this experience was one of our most enjoyable. Grazie Roberto!!

  Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen. Jag ringde ner till receptionen och det gick inte mer än 3 minuter så kom någon och hjälpte oss med att öppna flaskan.) Personalen arbetade med ett leende och sen servicevilja mestadels.
