The welcome couldn’t have been warmer. When we arrived we had a problem with one of our vehicles, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. We were very impressed.

  Agriturismo Reggia Saracena is central to various places of interest near Agrigento. We really enjoyed our stay there as Guiseppe (the owner) was very helpful and friendly. We were amazed by the way the place is decorated (especially the garden) and the rural views that we could enjoy. The food was also delicious.   The place is new and modern but feels like a family place, they are very welcoming. We had the room called "Simply", a small well layed out modern room on the 1st floor with balcony from where a beautiful view of the Juno temple and the sea and like elsewhere the shower had 60x60 cm dimensions. We enjoyed tasteful dishes on the terrace that were prepared the cook/owner? who is also a teacher at the hotel school in town - Gated B & B, making one feel quite safe, considering that the B & B is not situated in the city. Absolutely need gps to find location, as a little difficult to find otherwise. Wonderful view,very clean, connecting room available, very hospitable, wonderful breakfast, felt like being at home. Will certainly come back.

  Very nice and friendly staff. Design hotel, very Clean, very new. No sounds from the trains, but a nice experience to walk in to the hotel from "Binario 5". (The trains are not running at night).   The Allogia Della Posta Vecchia is a family run business, and it feels that way - friendly, quiet, homely. You will eat breakfast in a miniature rococo masterpiece, complete with ceiling painting and sea views. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is good. Absolutely! - Huge, stunning room with ceiling frescoes and amazing views. The BB seems to be an old palazzo or similar. Couldn't believe the size of the rooms. Breakfast was lovely and served on a terrace with beautiful views. Excellent value for money. Really central location. Just round the corner from the main street in the old town. Driving and parking like anywhere in these places a bit of a nightmare. Would always advise using a satnav.

  Nina, Salvatore and their children are a very friendly and helpful family, and the location of their home is great -- in the countryside with a beautiful view. We had brought a picnic lunch with us so they put a tablecloth on one of the terrace tables and asked if we needed anything -- we felt very much at home. The continental breakfast was delicious and included a good selection - Location is good - 10 minutes drive from Valle dei Templi and Agrigento. Quite easy to find with/without GPS. This farmhouse is in a quite rural area. Wifi - good. Territory is nice, rooms are comfortable, have air con, balcony and terrace, no TV(in our room). Breakfast is good - coffee, fruits, pastry, water. You also can have lunch, the price is reasonable and you will have a chance to enjoy local products and wine.
