value for money, decent place (clean & comfortable enough with cool & fresh air conditioner, especially for solo traveler like me), location is quite easy to reach.
Very friendly and clean very centrally located place very good value for money.
The Staff is quite nice even they have not much information to reach the familiar location in Surabaya (instead of go by taxi hahahaha..)
But for sure, the location is very strategic. It's nearby Tunjungan Plaza (could walk around 10 minutes) and a lot of food stall nearby.
The price is acceptable for backpacker :)
With the cheap price, they provide good internet connection :)
They would open 24 Hours (if you request it)

- Good value because its quite clean and good beds, also no mosques around to perturb your sleep.
- Wi-Fi.

bathroom is very very small, creaky room door, staff not so informative when asked about places in the city (but they are still polite & willing to help, though).
Wish room had a window but you can t have it all.
The Location is a bit hard to find because it's not in the main street. Need to ask somebody regarding the Location (but not so many people aware this home stay).
If you want to find this Home-stay, it's near by Mitra 10 and NAV Karaoke.
- Only windows constitute part of the walls, you can hear everything from the other room, though there are rooms that are separated from the rest and could not have that problem.
- Friendly staff but barely speak english, not much information available too.
3rd floor with stairs, small room space, NO Signboard to the Hotel.. its difficult to go there.. Wheww..
