You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

  The staff were amazing! Our flight was at midnight and check out was at midday, the staff arranged to move us to a two bedroom villa free on charge which was currently under renovation.   It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.

  The service was impeccable ! The staff are friendly well trained and groomed and anticipated your every need . The suites are large and comforable with great views of the ocean . The sound of the ocean was incredible . Great location to Seminyak markets and shops . Short walks to restaurants via the beach . It was 5 nights we won't forget ! - The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff. The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

  Highly recommanded Le Jardin Villa! I think I will go back there again. The service and facility are great. I spent a nice vacation there. Originally I was afraid of the mosquito problem, however, when I went there, I found it's just a OK problem and staff there did try their best to prepare all the mosquito repellants and checked 1-2 times a day.... vad folk säger » :) Otherwise everything is great! - With this being our first trip to Bali, we were pleasantly surprised. The villas were very private, huge open spaces and the pool just so very relaxing. We made use of the spa and massage facilities almost daily. Everything is so close and walking distance or at time we availed ourselves of the shuttle bus to our respective destinations........highly recommended.....

We stayed at the beach villa, everything was perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv, movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked for flaws. There

  Right from the moment we arrived at Awan Villas the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our villa was well appointed and comfortable. The requested cot with mosquito net was set up for us and a high chair provided. The free transfers to wherever we wanted to go to in Seminyak meant we could start each day hassle free.   Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us - we had two 3 year old twin girls and a 17 year old niece which leads to a variety of needs but the staff met all our needs without any fuss. Excellent accommodation - large villa with all modern facilities. Free shuttle bus excellent - no worries with dropping us to Waterbom Park.   Staff were generally great and very friendly. Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!) Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe) Grounds are immaculately kept and stunning. Location is good and security is excellent. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive.   The villa was absolutely beautiful. All the furniture was extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent. The villa was very spacious yet private. The pool was fantastic also and was large enough to swim but also good for just relaxing and chilling. Food menu was very good and catered for all tastes and the food itself was delicious.
