  The place is fairly new and is very comfortable. The staff are lovely and the lounge is beautifully & tastefully decorated. The hotel dining is pretty good if you decide to eat in and they have a pretty good lounge singer in the evening. Otherwise, you can try any of the seafood places which is a 5 minutes walk away. A - I reserve deluxe room with this hotel by going directly to the hotel,surprisingly they say the room is full so i open letsbookhotel.com and manage to get one,which is a good thing. They said there were no more queen size bed,but only twin size bed.but they manage to provide me a room with queen size bed upon receiving the room key,the staff is polite and very helpful to serve you and handle your request

  Staffs was friendly and helpful.. communication in english was fine, staffs even help me to store my luggage even when i check out. room was nice and clean. very cosy.. not too small. big enough. bathtub was nice and clean too, overall the room was nicely designed. Location was good as well, i can go all location at a very cheap price for taxi. no... vad folk säger » t too far from all attractions. and best of all, the price for this hotel is reasonable and value for money. - So far this is the best 3 star hotel in batam. The staffs are very friendly and provide good services. The buffet breakfast was awesome. Stayed in the standard room and everything was in a great condition.   One of the best hotels that I have stayed with everything works well especially the toilet very spacious and function very well.
