  All the staff were of the highest standard, and sincerely friendly. Lying by the pool & being able to watch your son surf is the perfect location. One of the nicest pools in the area, just at the beach. What we liked to is that the hotel is located where the road between the beach and the pool is blocked for motorbikes.   The staff were incredibly attentive, the facilities and pool bar were amazing and beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, clean and reasonably modern and the location is a short walk from cheap Kuta and classy Seminyak, right across the street from a great surf beach.   The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name. Most staff were great. Just to mention a few whose names I remember -- Twi, Dwi, Dias...and many others. Even the guards were nice. Beds are firm and comfy. The place is clean, clean, clean. On last day of my stay - We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi! The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great cocktail list and their in house restaurant has a wide range of food to cater to all tastes. After checking into a hotel we booked online and checked out half an hour later (a whole other story) we began scouring letsbookhotel.com for somewhere cheap, clean and comfortable as a minimum. I would defiantly stay at hotel terrace again.
