Absolutely stunning concept - the 3 rooms of Petit Gili are placed central but are quiet enough to get some hours of sleep even if it is busy. The rooms are very generously sized and are absolutely unique, and the huge balcony that comes with each room just rounds it up to be the perfect place to stay. You get free rustic bicycles and an almost brand new snorkling kit with the room. And to round it off - the rooms have a white rope in it next to the window, which you just need to pull and some.

The rooms are of a decent size, the bed is huge and everything is kept very clean. Right next to the night markets that sells awesome savoury and sweet things. Centrally located is also a big plus, you're right amongst it all which is great. If you're looking for something quiet and serene head to the other side of the island. Free breakfast and free fresh water is ano. I had a great stay at Le Petit Gili thanks to Cedre and his staff. To be honest, at first I was a bit unpleasant surprised by the music played by the downstairs 24hours restaurant. I thought, oh no...I'm not going to get any sleep. But after mentioning it, the staff turned off the music every evening. Thanks guys!! But if you sleep in the back, you won't notice the music. The room was very clean (which is not always in Indonesia) and the staff superfriendly. Great balcony with good furniture t. Dede was a superb host. There wasn't one thing he didn't think of. Snorklegear, free bikes, mosquitonet closed and aircon on before bedtime, welcomedrink, ...Great experience. Gili T is great for snorkling, sunbathing, diving and going out. If you want to hang out with friends, book NOW. If you're looking for a romantic escape...don't go to Gili T as it's crowded and loud. But if you go...go for Le Petit!. Superior guest service, they provide you with a snorkeling gear, bikes and drinking water for free. The breakfast is nice and the location couldn´t be better as the beach is just 1 minute walk away and it´s next to the night market where you can get great food for little money. Staff is really friendly and you feel very welcome. The furniture in the rooms are really nice and the bed is comfortable. We love everything. Start from the room, it was surprisingly quite huge and so comfortable. We found ourselves laid back in the room on our first day, and even laid down and get tanned at our balcony. The staff was also great. Indra & Dede gave us a very good service. The food was nice and pretty cheap. Overall Le Petit Gili is worth for staying. We might as well come back again!. We stayed in the back room which had a beautiful balcony where we ate breakfast every morning, it was. Our room was peaceful despite being in a busy location and had a huge four poster bed which was just beautiful!. The room is very unique, they only have 3 rooms each with its own theme. It was a really good deal for 550k/night I got a free breakfast and it was delicious.They also provided free snorkling kit so we don't have to rent and free bike rent. The staffs were incredible and helpful and the location was very strategic, close to the harbour and ATM and food market. What a great find! We were very pleased with everything about le petit gili. Dede was very friendly and was happy to help us with anything asked of him. The rooms are very comfortable and having your own balcony with views is an added bonus to watch the world go by. Balcony is great way to get away from the street, Dede is great host, food is well priced - their pineapple juice is amazing! It was an interesting room, and the bed was massive! There's a food market right next to it at night selling the cheapest but most delicious food in the area!. We didn't mind too much but the mosque can sometimes be quite loud and follows no obvious schedule. Sometimes the rooms suffer from water pressure issues, but this is the same everywhere, and you have to use a bucket to wash or, alternatively, just go for a swim. Power sometimes cuts out too. Overall these are little things and shouldn't affect your stay at Le Petit. The location was bit too close to the harbor and right above the night market, so it was always noisy and busy. But this is the perfect place if you want to be in the middle of the buzz. Breakfast was poor but that is the case in all Balinese budget hotels that don't serve breakfast buffet. It's just not in the DNA. Le Petit was close to the harbour but difficult to find. Ask immediately, don't wander off! There were ants on the terrace but then again...there are ants everywhere on the island.. The only "negative" fact I could mention is that there is no door between bath and sleeping room. That was no problem for us but could maybe be a problem for other travelers if they don´t know each other very well. Wifi wasn't great especially in the back room but worked well enough in the cafe! Bed was very high off the ground, fine for us but if you have mobility problems may be a bit difficult! Apart from that nothing!!!. It gets really really noisy in the middle of the night. Nothing. - the hôtel is located near clubs, and it can be difficult to sleep if ur a light sleeper. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. door handle was broken. The staff didn't make you feel very welcome, and this opinion was shared by others I met who weren't staying at the hotel, but using the restaurant. For the price, it was a bit of a rip-off, especially as the water didn't always run (no hot water at all, by the way), and there was a dvd player which didn't work. It's also in quite a central area, so very noisy at night, and the air-conditioner didn't work well.
