This is a small hotel so the service was very personal. The hotel staff all spoke good English and were happy to engage with guests. The location was good, but dosent have direct access to the beach, however the pool area is excellent and more than makes up for it. The restaurant served lovely meals at a reasonable price. Staff and other service personnel are friendly and very helpful. Our bungalows are upgraded from standard to deluxe without additional cost. The room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect! Every little detail was thought of. The room was great! The outdoor shower a nice touch. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was good. The garden and pool area is stunning. A fantastic place to relax. Would definitely stay here again and it was quite possibly the best place I've ever stayed! I would rate it 5 stars!

I liked everything at this hotel everything about it is superb. Just bring your earplugs though as you are surouded by local villages ( which is part of the charm) so the dogs bark all night and the roosters start to crow about 3am -

Moreover we had a room with the sea and a pool view, which was def worth recommending (there are a couple of them, so ask for them when booking). It was a very clean house, in a great accommodation with a good swimming pool and jacuzzi! The bathroom especially was great, spacious, modern and clean. A/C works fine as well! Marion and the staff were so welcoming and eager to assist with anything we needed. The secluded location was the perfect spot to ease into my 2 weeks in Bali. The food is excellent and you can get a massage right by the pool, then retire to your balcony for a beautiful view of the sunset. -
