The hotel is strategically located besides the Borobudur and even have its own path to the temple, which is shorter in distance. The room rate also includes the free entrance to Borobudur (from 6am to 5pm), so, you could visit the temple as often as you like. Of course, the best part is the sunrise tour, it is awesome !!! Besides that, the introduction video and book on Borobudur give a very good overview on the temple before visit. Never the less, spacious & clean room, friendly staffs, .
alla recensioner » The best thing is the fact that the resort is within the compound of Borobudur and you get free ticket to enter the ancient monument. You can even see Borobudur from the restaurant. Very good breakfast too. A tip for visitor: it was not too late to wait until the gate opened at 6am for the sunrise at Borobudur during my stay in September, otherwise you can join the sunrise tour which cost a lot. The hotel is connected with Borobudur entrance. Guest have advantage of visiting Borobudur temples anytime during the opening and do not have to pay entrance fee. Nearby a local station bus to go Jogja Town. You can see the temple from the breakfast-table. Book the sunrise-tour so you can enjoy the temple before all the tourists from Yogjakarta are arriving. The hotel is within complex of the Borobudur, so you can visit the temple all day. Rooms are decent and clean. Dinner is nice. The proximity to the Borobudur monument is great, esp to avoid the crowds (and touts) that throng the place. We didnt have to pay any extra for the entry fee as it's included in the package. The sunrise tour at 4.30am is excellent. Great for enjoying the peace and quiet at the top of Borobudur while waiting for the sun to illuminate the sky. The hotel is very nice and clean. You'll find all that you need in the room from a hair dryer to the kettle. The size of the standard room is a little small, but this hotel is good to stay just to enjoy Borobodur and maybe plateau Dieng. All the other points of interest situated far from this place. The room is better than what we saw from the website, and the room is nice. When having dinner, there is a dance show. We left 4 am in the morning and the hotel help prepared the breakfast box. From borobudur back to hotel need take time 20min and annoying hawkers waiting infront of door gate.If main door don't give hotel guest pass why don't always open the side door to give convenient. i'm really hate to be disturbed.The ticket for sunrise and sunset is too expensive. It would be great if you can be cheaper. Very basic facilities and amenities. There is not enough information and tips on what to see and do around the village. Great place if all you want to do is to visit Borobudor and relax around the grounds. The water pressure was none existent which made showering near impossible unless you crouched under the tap - not so easy! Our room was too close to reception which made it incredibly noisy especially with 4.30am sunrise tours congregating outside our door. Directions from Borobudur back to hotel are poor and it would be good if they can improve on that or provide transport services. There was no hot water in our room. There is no complimentary entrance to Borobudur during sunrise and sunset. Need to pay RP230,000.00 per person. only 6 am to 5pm free entry. Room design is only to normal standard. food flavors are flat. Non-variety of breakfast.
