The staff ensured that we had fresh towels, crisp sheets and enough bottled water everyday, throughout our stay there, even though we didn't request it. Excellent hospitality. The Hotel facility is very good with friendly staff.. I'm very satisfied with the service.. next, If I go to Bandung, will stay again in this Hotel.. room is clean walking distance to Cihampelas Walk (CiWalk) Free parking hot shower free breakfast value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is really strategic. its's near with a lot of shopping place and culinary goods to enjoy. The wifi powerfull..and staff very helping. Design very nice.staff good. Near shopping area but with very heavy traffic vehicle. . There was nothing spectacular to highlight. near shoppinh centre. Nothing is special. Location is good. good location. The room didn't have a mini fridge. The room is very small.. traffic jam in front of the hotel. the room a bit small but not a big deal. The room is too dark. Lighting is not bright enough. Shower pressure is not strong. There is two cups in the room but no water boiler with coffee n tea bag n sugar in the room,i try to call general information,no respon at all. internet line not stable. doesnt have plugs. for example indonesia uses 2 pin socket. where as like laptops i use 3 pin. it gets difficult. Need more parking area. Internet was fast, but sometimes suddenly disconnected when i use wi-fi from the room. Bathroom floor going wet from the shower. Toilet facilities very basic. Shower head not working properly. Water sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not mixed. in my room the air conditioner a little bit leak. There is no replacement for brush teeth and soap for 3 more night. Hot water so far to get at another level bcos dispenser already empty. No spoon and tea provided inside the room as usual at another hotel. Room small. Should have phone meter reading for guest to call out & provide room service. Same old rice and noodle breakfast everyday. too small room. Breakfast was bad. And i got call 1 o'clock in the morning from front desk, asking for my car key. Gosh! That was my 1st stay there and i guess that would be my last. Not all hotel staff can speak English. Communication Barrier. Breakfast isn't good, Room is small, no cupboard, no tea or coffee.maker in the room.
