  A tropical paradise - true to its name - it really is hidden away from noise and stress, right on the beach and set amid beautiful gardens and a lovely pool yet still close to the village.   The view was spectacular and the fact that it was a private villa meant that we had the whole place to ourselves. The garden leads down to a sea cliff, which was wonderful to catch sunrise at. We were also a stone's throw away from the Japanese wreck which was a great snorkelling spot.   The hotel is very cosy, as it can host maximum 8 guests (4 villas) and there are only the same 5-6 persons of the staff, which enables you to feel like at home very quickly. The staff is excellent - friendly, caring and helpful. The location is superb - just by the ocean with a reef a few metres from the shore line.   We stayed here from Dec.12-17th. We arrived late at night, around 8pm and was greeted by Wayan and Suri where we stayed at their brother villa Aquamarine Seaview for 1 nite, and the next day they moved us to Villa Aquamarine (which is just next door). We were welcomed by Sudi (the help; i don't like to call her a maid). Sudi is the best and help... vad folk säger » us cook almost any thing we want. We can order from their menu or we can tell her what we want to eat then she will buy the food and cook in the kit - Views off the terrace are amazing! The rooms are clean and the food was great. There's a full kitchen so its great to be able to cook on your own as well. Sudi, the house keeper cooks great Balinese dishes and makes a good breakfast. There's also a patio with sun chairs and a hammock - great place to relax with a Gin & tonic. The pool is a few meters a way and is great for a refreshing dip.   We had a great time at Puri Wirata Resort. We enjoyed especially our clean, spacious and pretty room with stunning sea-view and the possibility to have breakfast in ourroom/on our balcony.   We had the big "Family room". A bit more expensive than a standard room but so much nicer location: uphill close to swimming pool and much more quiet + much nicer view. Spacious room & bathroom. Very helpfull and friendly staff, helping out in transport & other issues.   the location is stunning, the staff were all so helpful, and young. probably need to learn more english, but lovely all the same! the food was yummy, and felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves most days.the villa was clean, the pool also. I would go back, simply for location and the staff. - - All the advices we have got from the manager of the place. All the staff cannot speak Englisch but as he was really present it is not an issue.   Room was clean, comfortable with lovely ocean view. Restaurant has excellent food, friendly staff. Pool area very pleasant with clean water.
