Conveniently located, private beach(though not very clean), well kept property, cottage resort with lot of greenery which keeps privacy, very clean & comfortable rooms, staff which was always smiling & helpful.   The Sandi Phala Beach Resort was incredible. The fact that it has only about 15 rooms makes this location very private and personal. The staff cater to your every need and they are always very eager to do more. The location of this resort is excellent.   The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. The rooms are tidy, clean with big bathrooms. The pool is lovely, great place to relax for hours. Breakfast was great large selection. They have security post just to the left of the lobby so we feel secure. The staff are excellent and friendly. They have two cars standby at the hotel to take you around Bali (extra cost I assume). The Jimbaran beach is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. And it is one of the best Beach in Bali as you can see sunset and airplanes departing and arriving from/to Ngurah Rai Airport (hotel is not far from the Airport)

  It is located in a big street, but pretty cozy and quiet inside, just a gate away. The service there is awesome, and everyone is well prepared to provide any kind of help you want. The villa is very beautiful, with flowers everywhere. Although there's a private beach only 5 min walking far away, the swimming pool is far more fantastic than it. And... vad folk säger » the best thing is NO INSECTS in the room. That's very hard in Bali. - The hotel has only 13 villas which allows to receive a personalized treatment. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us in planning our excursions and leisure plans. The food at the hotel is very good and they serve it in your villa.   We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed the comfort of this modernized hotel . We were given a nicely decorated room facingbthe beach and a cake F.O.c .Staff were polite and helpfull.The beds were super comfortable. Located abt 50 meters away frm Hardrock Hotel, it's right opposite Kuta Beach and a Ten Minute Walk away to nearby food outlets ... vad folk säger » , clubs and shops . Overall thumbs up - Absoulutely beautiful rooms, felt like I was on a luxury ship (that seemed to be the going theme of the entire resort) the buffet breakfast was amazing, home made pancakes, freshly blended juices etc. The pool was gorgeous, overlooking the sea. The hotel is in the heart of Kuta too. I would stay here again when travelling to Bali. Highly recommended!
