  The Sandi Phala Beach Resort was incredible. The fact that it has only about 15 rooms makes this location very private and personal. The staff cater to your every need and they are always very eager to do more. The location of this resort is excellent. Close to all amenities of Kuta Beach and Discovery Mall, but yet far away enough (walking distan... vad folk säger » ce) that you feel isolated and almost at a private villa.   The staff were amazing and helped out in anyway they could. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The design of the villas were beautiful. Definitely a place for couples, families, and groups of friends. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location is pretty good too.   When I stayed there, I requested like flower petals to be on the bed during arrival as it was my first honeymoon but they dont have that service but still I choose to stay. The toilet was very clean than I expected as many friends have been to bali and their comments on hotel in bali was commanly on the toilet hygiene. The wi-fi only worked for 2 days and we have trouble for the next 4 days there lucky we had nearby facilities like starbucks.The - near the shopping area and restaurant...staffs are very friendly and helpful, and the room service are very efficiency. for travel with friend, the hotel and location is good.If for family, I think may find the other hotel...
