  The setting at Radiant Hotel & Spa was very nice. We were there only one night. Our room was just off the pool so was very relaxing, just what we needed. We choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle as we had a early plane to catch. The staff was very friendly and more then willing to accommodate anything we wante... vad folk säger » d. They had a box breakfast ready for us in the morning. - Very close to the airport and hotel offered hassle-free pick up and drop off. Room was very clean, comfortable with a modern Asian feel. Very quiet at night. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late and although the kitchen was closing they were happy to cook for us anyway.

  We were satisfied with the hotel staff's hospitality & patience to the guests, always be helpful, beside, the flexibility of the hotel rules, by letting us check out at 1 pm plus, instead of 12.00. Shuttle bus to airport was also available, to give us no hazel.   The staff are amazingly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel grounds are just fantastic, excellent location overlooking the beach, lovely sunsets. Close to outside restaurants and amenities. I had a fantastic stay at this resort and would highly recommend Kartika Plaza.   A nice hotel very close to Jimbaran Beach (only 50 metres away). The hotel has two nice and clean swimmingpools and a good restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
