The staff is very friendly and helpful. For India, the place is very clean and comfortable and it's a good place to refill your energy and get cultivated again after a longer trip through India. Out of all the places I have seen this has the best value for money score. I really liked the staff who cared about me like a family! Especially Aakash is a really nice and good guide who knows much about his city and indian culture / hinduism in general! The room was good (with AC - a need during summer time).
alla recensioner » Outstanding service and no hard sell tours . set up 2 cheap sunset / dawn ganges boat trip $4 plus tip $1 then gave me local map marking sights. Also helped with phone calls delhi to recover camera , many thanks for that. The service was excellent. The owner trust on me about fare reservation with looking the reservation. 5 minutes from Ganga river (shivala ghat), good breakfast and single room for 10 dollars a night. behaviour , customer care. i really loved the staff extermly helpfull and ready to help with any question or concerns one might hav eon their first trip to a new place, suggested some very nice places to see as well,especially since i was travelling alone i was a little worried but my worries were put to rest .. overall i loved my experince. Very good administrator of the hotel, It is situated in front of the river side and it is good for booking a boat to see all the Ghats pf Varanasi. Staff was friendly. Location is perfect and safe. Right next to Shivala Ghat. roof-top vew of GANGA. Location. Nothing. Cheap price and location. Friendly staff. Good for budget travellers. Location and price. Some five are six temples are nearer to it. the owner speaks very sweet that's all. nothing. The roof top restaurant could be maintained a bit better, since it has a great location with a lot of potential which is definitely not used. Food is soso, but the chai is good. Wifi only works once in a while and you should not rely on it. nothing. Very good owner of the hotel,but it is not very clean,there are too much indian people and no european,in restaran very bad service. Been there the second time and it wasn't as good as the first time. The first room we had (although we booked months in advance) was the worst room they have to offer. It is open to the stairway hall, it was dust dirt and hair all over and the bed broke in the middle of the night while turning from one side to the other. The request for a second towel was denied and we only got one the next day. absence of intercom/call bell/washroom accesories. We were given a room on the same floor as the restaurant and the loo we had to our use was also the restaurant's - it was not the most comfortable or convenient stay even by basic backpacking standards. no lift restaurant there but no use. No hot water at night. Bathroom was dirty. Room is noisy at night. By the way, seeing the cheap price, it is ok. Dirty place, warm water (not hot), poor staff, be careful with the manager he looks friendly but you will pay more than the double price if you believe him, don't trust him!!!. The rooms do not have even a chair to sit in the room. No possibility to using credit cards. no place to dry up wet cloths. the roads in front of the hotel is dirty, the kitchen is dirty, there was a big noise disturbance from neighbor in the night. the hot water supply was not there. i saw in the net it is near to viswanath temple but the charges of auto riksha is high and it was not walking distance. everything. Not satisfactory, rooms are not up to the mark, charges are abnormal, facilities like phone, tv room services not provided we are not satisfied with this hotel.
