  Exceptional staff and service. Very well trained and knowledgeable. Butler service was perfect. The view from our room was great as well. We could see the Taj Lake Palace, the City Palace and the Jag Mandir straight ahead.   Everything!! The location is superb, the ambience so romantic, the service is top-notch, the food is great (the chef sent us complimentary dishes that were just delicious!), the views from our room (upgraded to a lake view) were incredible... We travel a lot all over the world, but it will be very hard to top the Taj Lake Palace hotel!! We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel couldn't do enough for us. It was the most romantic experience and we wished we could have stayed longer. Spa treatments were excellent, the food delicious and our delightful waitress, Rose made it very special. Altogether sheer perfection.
