  The location was exceptional with views of lake and the palace from our bedroom and the rooftop restaurant. We were close to many of the attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Loved the monkeys visiting in the morning. - The location of the hotel, a top roof restaurant with a beautiful view on the Palace and good food... vad folk säger » . The staff with a special award for two waiters on duty who have been not only efficient but exceptionnally nice.

  Udaupur hotel Rm 102 comfortable, spacious (watch your head and the many steps inside), spectacular views of both lakes. Food lovely but prices 2x to 3x more than others around. Breakfast not included (approx 350Rp pp) Spent much of one day lazing in one of the spectacular restaurant bay windows with magical views of lake, good connectivity and ab... vad folk säger » ility to order lunch at whim. Roof top tables need to be booked (try the peanut curry). Location was so good and food so good we just sucked up the hi - The staff was very helpful and always available. Great service. And very trustworthy, which is priceless in this city where everyone has a hustle. I left my cell phone charger in the room after checking out and they gave it to me when I came back to pick up my bags. The restaurant is expensive, but worth the amazing view.They left the lights on for us and we were able to talk by the seaside all night with our tea. We have been all over India, and we highly recommend Jagat Niwas Palace.

  The staff were great and let us check in at 7am after a night bus journey. Good food and lovely roof-top restaurant. Excellent location, close to all sights and lovely view over the lake.
