The Breakfast was good and the Fernhill location in Ooty was excellent from view point of view. size of rooms, activities for kids, cable for connecting laptop to TV, good buffet spread. Nice Pleasant experience and great hospitality shown by the staff. Beautiful.............. The stay was very nice. scenery n cleanliness. One word is enough to sum up all - Horrible! Waste of money n time! I seriously feel we have been badly cheated both by booking. com and sterling. Will make sure to spread this news across all online and offline sources.
