  The New Golden Flower Houseboat is a great place to stay while visiting Srinagar, Kashmir. The staff is genial and friendly and the food tastes like home food. The owner, Shri Yakub Dunoo is very friendly and makes you feel at home. In addition, he has knowledge on varied subjects and you can have an intellectually stimulating discussion with him ... vad folk säger » if you choose to. The interiors of the houseboat are extremely aestheticically done and the facilities could be compared to any three to four star hot - it was great experience in new golden flower. Staff was very friendly, food was amazing, rooms was large comfortable and clean. View from the houseboat was amazing and it totally worth to go. Nigan lake is much more better than dal lake. And lotus garden was very close and beautiful.

  Mr Mohamed, the owner was very friendly and we enjoyed sitting down and listening to his stories. He made sure to come to our boathouse often to ask if everything was good. Mr Mydin, our porter ensured his best to make our stay such a pleasant experience and he did almost everything to ensure we were completely comfortable.
