  Everything! The place is fantastic with great service and extremely professional attitude of hotel staff. We stayed in Room 616 and it had city view- right from entering the room, we were really WOWed by the decor and comfort of the room. 5 star service and that too for under 30k INR incl taxes n breakfast for 3 nights. The Pondicherry Cafe has an... vad folk säger » All Day dining and we had our breakfasts every day ( included in price). To say the least, food was awesome and the spread was fabulous from Indian t - The hotel was great, food delicious and in wide selection from local to continental food. Rooms are very well furnished and clean. I appreciated the thorough security checks at the entry.

  The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and well taken care of. the level of care and attention was over the top. however, the actual hotel needs upgrades in systems operation, e.g. the elevators. i did not like the fact that i could not open the window, either.// the business centre is okay and the staff there are super great,... vad folk säger » but in fact you must pay a hefty fee per hour to use the internet and it's quite expensive to use it in your room, as well. the hotel should listen - Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).

  Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now. India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME! The staff is really pe... vad folk säger » rfect, even more than perfect. - The manager is always responsive and available to help out especially with difficult scheduling etc. Staff at every level are friendly, always look up and acknowledge customers, always making us feel that they appreciate our business.

  The room was clean, and we could check out late (1pm). Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes. Excellent service! - good , dorm clean quiet good storage place easy location
