The Indian restaurant serves buffets for breakfast and lunch, plus dinner. Hotel West End looks after its guests offering a separate vegetarian kitchen. Then move to the bar with a satisfied appetite and have a favourite drink.

That everything went so smothley, everything could be arranged by the hotel!. We were upgraded in room from a twin standard to a suite at no extra cost. Fairly basic rooms, but comfortable and clean, and good value for inner Mumbai. Well located near Colaba and in Fort area.Perfect positioned hotel, which provides a decent, hospitable service. Hotel is positioned in a lively street, which makes you feel like living within the buzz of Mumbai. It has a great location if you want to see all the touist places in Colaba, Fort Area and Cheargate. It was clean and nice.Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Excellent value for the money. It is nice and quiet and retro feel to the place is suiting. All facilities were clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, good breakfast. I went to West End Hotel in Bombay for a vacation with my friends,however we really had a bad time while we stayed in this hotel, beacauseas what is mentioned in your web site the hotel is 4 star but infact itis not even one star!! Also the price we got it from LetsBookHotel.com is morethat the price that we got in the reception desk.The hotel again is notclean, people are not friendly bad location. No city booklets or something like that for the visitors available. Internet minum time half or one day.The staff is a little bit "to much" always asking if they can help with anything (laundry, shoes, food, carrying stuff etc). I know they mean well but we think it was to much. They only had Indian TV and most of them in hindi or marathi. We would have wanted european/american TV. The restaurante chez nous was nothing to say hurray about. Lower the prices and cut down on staff open up the windows is my tip. And please do not use a AC that gives away 70 decibel of sound.The staff at the main reception were unwelcoming and unable to greet us with a good morning/ good evening or even a smile throughout the four night stay.
