Friendly and cooperative staff, cleanliness, ease of booking, easy transportation, close to both domestic and international airports. Near the airport. Value for money. Fresh linen, new bathroom equipment. Location wise good. Near Airport. We stayed in this hotel just for a few hours to get some rest between flights. It is located only 6 minutes drive from Domestic terminal, so easy to get there.The room and lobby after renovation and clean enough.Many TV channels available. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Still there is a repair. Strong painty smell. Room ac did not work for my one night stay. Room is very small and separated from bathroom by glass wall covered with curtain. The bathroom floor was not cleaned after repair works. WI-Fi internet was at charge and was available only in the lobby. It was impossible to sleep due to terrible noise as every 5 minutes the planes passed just at your head. Lazy staff, no warm reception, almost all fittings were broken, the room which was given to me, was not cleaned. Tv did not work. Conclusively, it was not worth of money which I paid. No properly management and services. Hotel is under renovation, paint smell will be allergic to most people. Continuous disturbance due to aircrafts take off sound. Hotel is dirty, un kept, no amenities, including toiletries, linen are dirty, and rooms stink. Very poor room service. No response when you call I stayed two nights nobody came for cleaning or changing the bed sheet, towel etc. toilet facility very poor. basic things like soap, shampoo are not provided Even drinking water and glass for drinking water are not provided in the room In future I will not advise or recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. No towel or soap in room. Got after asking numerous times. TV connection doesn't work since subscription is not paid by hotel Wall paint and plaster peeling off. No answer to intercom calls either to reception or to housekeeping & restaurant. Billing at lower rates than you actually paid. Horrible Stay of my Lifetime Experiance. VERY Poor Service. Morning Tea ordered doesn't come in One Hour. Breakfast Ordered does not come in One Hour. No body pick up phone at reception and room service. Every time i had to walk to reception for small things. Rooms not cleaned even after our request. I don't reccomend this hotel to any one even at 50% of the price. Room size Fan electronic Air conditioning. Rooms were Dirty and they didn't bother to clean it or change the room. When I entred the room, The chair was broken , bad ligh etc. Will never recommend ppl to stay there. The room is dirty pls don't refer such hotels in future. Milan international is not a place that I can recommend to other people. I have rated my views in No.2.
