  All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants. Very good valie for money. - The charge did not match wh... vad folk säger » at I had booked with letsbookhotel.com. Should have been approx 19000 rp for two nights and was charged approx 21000rp. The staff checked and said it was to do with Luxury Tax. My booking did include 18.5% tax. Reply please Not happy !!

  I love these staff's smile, This is a high quality, luxurious Hotel.My departure flight was quity late until am1:00,i disappoint they agreed late check-out until PM4:00.But it's accepable..we love the breakfast in Hotel,nice,delicious. - It's expensive, especially in terms of Indian costs, but very enjoyable.   when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa. Gym had some less equipment but was ok for a decent work out . yes any one must try there rooftop i had the best indian food ever ever in my life . - good hotel to stay nice to have people who care about ... vad folk säger » there customer .i loved there spa and food .the hotel was very well managed.they where in a process to upgrade there hotel to four star as hotel staff told me love to go back once the hotel is complete .
