I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

We stayed there but on second thought we don't have to because the advantage of main bazza is that it's close to new delhi railway station, while we arrive delhi in the old delhi station and we leave delhi by plane. I like that it was quite convenient because you can easily walk to metro station by which you can go to any part of Delhi easily. Good location for people who are arriving late by train. We loved the place since new property was well maintained and had all modern amenities,very close to New Delhi station.
The manager was very accomodating and considerate in permitting 3 rd memebr in our room with out extra charges.
The cook Mr. Negi was very particular in helping us decide menu and he himself suggested some lovely dishes,his hot phulkas was jus excellent specially after a tiring day.

The staff at the hotel was very very friendly, Especially Mr. Vinodh and Mr. Sunil. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired.
