  when i checked in the hotel i had to ask for complimentary bottle of water from reception .But any thing apart that wonderful loved there spa.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and modern.It is close to the New Delhi railway station. Attention: if you arrive at Delhi airport for the first time, never take a private taxi. Once you leave the airport building they will descend on you and try to get you in their cab. Don't do it!   Room was of a good size and bed was very comfy. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a tough time getting to the hotel as the airport per paid taxi driver and friend tried to scam us and convince us that they 1) didn't know the area that the hotel was in. 2) we needed to go to tourist information to find out the b... vad folk säger » lock number 3) the area was closed due to a protest. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us.
