I like that it was quite convenient because you can easily walk to metro station by which you can go to any part of Delhi easily. Good location for people who are arriving late by train. Good option of breakfast on the roof top and breakfast was included in room price. Bed was good and comfortable to sleep. Also the Receptionist was very friendly and nice. Good customer service :)

Good location and easily accessible with the entire city. It is located in central part of the city and was convenient for me to explore the city. the hotel was great value for money.the food was good and the room was impeccable. The staff at the hotel was very very friendly, Especially Mr. Vinodh and Mr. Sunil. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. I came alone to New Delhi to see around! First of all, the staff is very nice and very efficient! Anything I needed they were ready to help me. Even if I want to visit somewhere and wanted to get a tuc-tuc instead of a cab, they used to call one for me and explain the driver where they should drop me and also check the price, which is important when you are a foreign, to not be extra-charged.
