  The staff were very professional and managed issues quickly and effectively. The premises were clean and there was high attention to detail. The private in-room plunge pool was exceptional and the room was stocked daily with fresh cookies and chocolates - was delicious!   The hotel is situated about two minutes walk from Khan Market in central New Delhi, which is really good. It also serves as a good starting point for going (by car) to other parts of New Delhi. The staff was very friendly and had a very good English in general, and the level of service was good at all instances. Had to order medicines for my son at 2 in the morning and the ever helpful staff picked it up from the chemist and delivered it to my room.   The hotel seems generally aimed at business visitors, but also catered for tourist groups. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view across New Delhi. The hotel is well located within walking distance of India Gate and the National Museum. - The staff were friendly and helpful, available 24 hours. The hotel room was always cleaned to perfection. It is located in the heart of Cannaught Place, so the hotel was close to the major shopping areas and tourist destinations. The food was amazing as well. We extended our stay by another week and got the same pricing as our first week. Overall, we will definately stay here on our next trip.
