The location was excellent just around the corner from India Gate, close to alot of sites.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped us with a few problems (not with the hotel). -

The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. We mentionned in our reservation to get one of the renovated rooms in the 4th floor and were lucky enough to get it. Not too big but very stilish and with flat screen - nicest room of our budget trip through India. The situation is very close to railway and bus station. Nice restaurants nearby and walking distance to sights.
