It was quite relaxing experience staying at Avasa Hotel, though the purpose of my stay was Business. Being at the prime location, it had been very easy to go around the city on weekends. The staff is nice, friendly & attends to every single problem, though hardly any. The room service is spectacular, so are the other facilities. I was surprised to find that the fitness center was well-equipped with latest & fully-functional cardio-machines & it also has a friendly & quite attent.

It's 4 star and not 5 star, but would always stay here everytime I go to hyderabad!!. -If you want to extend your stay, make sure you confirm with the front desk manager, other wise it won't be confirmed and you maybe disappointed. -The Internet scratch card for mobile phones kept on disconnecting every 45 minutes. However the wifi in the room is good. No Comments. There were some cleanliness issues. When breakfast opens at 07:00am the food is often cold. Dinner buffet 10:00pm the choice is redruced as in most cases the dishes are not replenished. Staff could be better trained . Also the one who has stayed in green park ( group hotel) would not the break fast spread ... and other ways are similar . no difference expectation from. Not much but room service is over priced. 1-Internet frequent interruptions. On letsbookhotel.com and Avasa (both responsible) they don't inform us travelers about hidden costs like luxury tax and the additional service tax. I ended up paying nearly double the rates shown on letsbookhotel.com. As of now its all good. complementary Breakfast buffet. By mistake there were two bookings done in my name. The hotel and Bookings.com refused to cancel. I was charged twice for a single night. The dishes I like at the buffet breakfast are often cold or luke warm at 7am. Very bad service, everything that i asked either did not hasppen or i regretted why i asked.
