For 3000 odd rupees per night including taxes for a hotel of this kind in Chennai is damn good. Also remember check out is 24 hours from check in, not standard 12 noon. Nice room, nice breakfast, nice staff. Only if they had a swimming pool!. the price was really great value for money, and the location was bang in the center of the city, room was large and spacious and had the basic facilities.

I requested for early check in and coffee making facilities and it was given. Good location with supermarket opposite. Friendly helpful staff and comfortable surroundings. Its a pretty efficient hotel; they allowed for a late check out;. Good ambiance, clean and good value for money. Cleanliness. good location, good value for money hotel is clean good service. facilities and breakfast is good. food location spacious rooms. hotel is in city centre. Had to rush to the ATM to draw cash. Don't know why none of my cards worked. the carpets in the lobby , and the small things that matter like old towels , cement chipping of from the walls in the toilet, and things like that which stay in the mind.. taxes are calculated on the the full room rate (not on the price effectively paid) result: expected to have around 20% taxes, i got 30% (because i got an offer on the room rate) i think this should be specified during the booking process. Price is top level. In one of our rooms - there was some trash - that was left uncollected! Left a smell in the room overall; Also for double occupancy rooms, they should provide 2 keys. Staff can be little more receptive. Their Chef need more training on preparing North Indian Breads. food wasnt up to expectation. food was OK except for the insect in my rice on my last dinner. the staff didnt do anything about it too. bad smell. Rooms are smelling badly , even when you enter in the reception, there is no pleasant smell! It seems all curtains, seat and sofa covers needs to be changed immediately. cleanliness old accessories. they are not ready to clean the room even we insist and overall its a nice hotel to stay and cost wise its on bit higher side. and taxes all are on the published fare that is 6K. so even if you book hotel for 2000 there might be taxes almost 1000.
