The staff was very friendly and helpful. Alvin gave us good tips about transportation and activities. Breakfast was great.
The hotel is 5mn walking to the beach.

Food is pretty awesome... Best breakfast menu was there and it is not
easy to find out that kind of food when you travel. Best place for
veggies. Reception staff was quiet polite and helpful. Atmosphere and
location of the hotel is best. -

Fair price. The room on the first level was nice. Although the entire place is under construction (understandable due to the end of monsoon) and the initial problem with the air conditioning, I would like to highlight: 1st, the location (next to the beach); 2nd, comfortable room with minibar , tea and coffee maker, 2 new bottles of water every day; 3rd, a nice swimming pool; 4th, the nice breakfast with local dishes available. A place to be Goa, I guess.
