  It was the best hotel we have ever been to. We felt so pampered, it's definitely worth the money. The staff was so friendly and professional and all the time available. When we said to the staff that it was actually our honeymoon, they upgraded our room to villa with own pool!!! And they kept giving us small gifts all the time. Place is so lovely 56 acres of gardens, golf, pool etc. There are activities for every day as well so - Service was great! Very child friendly! They celebrated my daughter's birthday with free cake, balloons and a bouquet. A surprise treat of popcorn came with our children's videos d both girls received a stuffed animal on departure. They also had many children's activities and a lovely slide by the pool. If the kids are happy, the parents are happy!

  Travelling as a solo traveller I have tremoundsly appreciate the kindness of all staffs members, special tks to the restaurant staff, Nelson the manager on duty during my stay whom made sure that I was enjoying my staff and last but no least to Tony the excellent driver/guide that took me around the major sighsteeings of South Goa. Pls do not hesitate to ask for him - Good Welcome, friendly staff, very clean bedroom, nice beach and good location to rest some days in the peacuful Goa! And also a good cooking. I recommend this place.

  I like the staff very much, especially Brice - the manager of the hotel. All of them were so friendly, so helpful, that I would like to come back again at this hotel. Also it was very good rooms both for family and big company, because there are two separate rooms, kitchen with dining area and living room for leasure.   An excellent place to unwind and relax. Especially love the pool bar, the infinity pool and the restaurant, which incidently operated 24 hours. Would definately stay here on my next visit. The free standing bathtub was certainly an added delight. All in all, a very service oriented hotel. - Everything! We booked this hotel after being recommended to by a colleague. We booked for 3 nights as we were on a budget, but it was the best money we spent. The price we paid was a bargain for what the Alila Diwa Goa offers. It is absolutely stunning, very relaxing, beautifully landscaped with amazing food, staff and facilities. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to absolutely everyone. You would pay the price of this hotel in the UK for a budget Holiday Inn.
