Pool staff were fantastic, also concierge and check in staff all exceptional. Restaurant staff were also excellent. Entire hotel was unbelievably clean everywhere. Comfortable bed/pillows, love the iPad in room, beautiful landscaping, steam shower, toiletries, gym, spa. Basically everything. -

Service by staff was excellent. I had the wrong bookings and they helped me get things right. Whatever I asked for in my room they were quick to give it. -
