  It was very nice to see a familiar face upon my arrival, the same night porter was on duty that I had met on my last trip in May 2013. I had requested a late check out by email and although I had not received a reply my request was granted.   Good value for money. Breakfast buffet, parking in front of hotel, clean and nice rooms. Multi language (english, german, french). They earn a 4-star rating ! - Everything was perfect. Especially, correspondence of Staff to accident was great . Thank you very much. I hope to come again to private next time.

  The Villa Plattensee is a amazing hotel. The owner and his team are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are great and well laid out. It is a place to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was good and I enjoyed reading a book on the pool afterwards. The hotel is close to the lake and with a rented bike I had great excursions.
