The staff is extremely nice and helpful, from reception to bar and restaurant. A very big plus here!
Room was crystal clean, and the bathroom in particular was looking great, all new and shiny.

Fabulous Hotel. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spotless. In an excellent location 5 minutes walk from the Opera House, 5 minutes to main shopping area. Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!
