The service of Gombás Kúria Mension was very good. There were not many guests in the hotel when I was there, but the service (breakfast, room) was still perfect. Where do you find a hotelowner who cleans you carwindow before driving off? -

It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. Fantastic location, easy to find, arranged free on-site parking. Room great value for money. Good size room, spotless and good common areas for use during summer. Owner spoke no English which didn't bother us but may some travellers. -

We wanted to go horse ridimg they pick up the phone for us, and although it wasn t possible after all, got all the info for us.
