  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  Location is good: subway station, tram station in front of the hotel. Currency exchange office at the corner. A lot of restaurants nearby. 3 mins to New York cafe on foot. 12 mins to shopping streets and Donau. The room we got was a bit small but clean and good equipped. Very good breakfast. Water was only inside the shower. Nice mirror in the - Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). But anyway, we spent only one night in this hotel, and for one night it's ok: breakfast was good and various, bad was good, room wa

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. We stayed in a superior room which comes with a huge balcony and provides a beautiful view of the adjacent streets and buildings. And the room itself was beautiful!   Very good location: 2 metro stations less than in 10 minutes; 2 metro stations to the train station ‘Budapest Keleti palyaudvar’; city center and attractions in walking distance. Apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. 2 large rooms with 2 double beds. Lounge zone is in one room with 2 sitting sofas, coffee table and TV. Bathroom and toilet are separated that is convenient. - Wow, this is the first expression I had for the way Gabor served us. He care and he is very careful on each step of your visit. You don't need a guide if you book with Gabor he will explain and provide you with every thing including maps and tickets to visit Budapest.
