  Everything was perfect from A to Z. Right after my booking I received an email from the staff with the confirmation and all the information I needed. Upon arrival the young men who did my check-in was very friendly and informative, helpful. The appartement was spotless, perfect location, very clean, very quite, I slept like a baby! Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest. The apartments are ideally located with a 5/10 min to the Danube and about a 15/20 min walk to city park. Also there is a supermarket around the corner which is handy. - Extremely well located.   I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. There is a nice local market next door which is very clean and attra - Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
