  Stylish compact room with pleasant colours and decoration. New look and extremely clean in all spaces. Staff professional and friendly, ready to help finding answers whenever asked. Best of all, my room was on top with sky view over roofs, morning sun shining into shower room through big window.   I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The conversion from a venerable old residence to a modern comfortable hotel has been carried out with style and panache.   Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure.   My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. The location - When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever
