Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first
arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the
Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the
Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street,

I am very pleased with everything. Both girls Szofia & Reka at the reception are very friendly and lovely, they helped me a lot for everything I needed not only about my room but they helped me with info about moving around using the metro/trams and buses in the best possible way for my desired destinations around Budapest. Bra hotell, fick vad jag förväntade mig. Vi tog dock inte frukostbuffen utan gick istället och åt på några närligande fik. Hotellet ligger bra till det är nära till mycket. Bara 10 min promenad till pest och 10 min promenad till slottet. Fin utsikt från hotellet. - Mycket bra och service inriktad personal.

My husband and I were traveling through Europe for 25 days. This hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. The room was large, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. The breakfast was about 7.50 euros extra but so very worth the money. Fantastic European fare

When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. To make a long story short: At the hotel I explained my dilemma to the staff at reception and couldn't believe the immediate response I received from. An hour later a doctor came to the hotel and gave me prescriptions for my medication and early the next morning I had everything I needed. Ever
